Terms for text messages from Unity Professional Staffing Agency.

1. Program Description
Unity Professional Staffing Agency LLC ("Unity") sends text messages to opted-in job seekers, associates, and business clients about: job alerts and openings matching your profile, application status updates, interview scheduling and reminders, assignment offers, shift and schedule notifications, onboarding reminders, timesheet and payroll notices, and account service messages for clients.
Message frequency varies by activity (typically 2–8 messages per month for active candidates). Message and data rates may apply.
2. Opting In
You receive texts from Unity only if you gave consent — by checking the optional consent box on our application or contact forms, by texting a keyword to our business number, or by verbal agreement during intake. Consent is not a condition of applying for or obtaining employment.
3. Opting Out
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to stop all texts. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (380) 268-9244.
4. Privacy of Your Opt-In
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding vendors that assist us in message delivery. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
